Bug Zero was featured in a story regarding questions about the early Spring warm weather in our service areas.

Information shared  by Ivan to the KY3 story…

“The one thing that really jumps out at me this year is the amount of
house fly pressure we’re already seeing. A lot of houseflies and that
would not be expected until later on in the summer,” says Ivan Eftink,
owner of Bug Zero, a Springfield extermination company.

“Most
years you expect to see wasps and other stinging insects picking up
later in the summer. Over the last few years we’ve seen a little bit of a
trend where we start getting wasp activity and some bee activity
earlier and this year is following that trend so we’ve added wasp
prevention to our maintenance programs to try to target them a little
bit earlier in the year,” Eftink says.
